A+++++, Outstanding, Above & Beyond is what Brent Snow and his son at Absolute Comfort did for me on my boiler system tonight. I called Brent on a Sunday and he scheduled to arrive the next day. Brent arrived on time, diagnosed my problem, and gave me a proper quote. He scheduled me to come back the following day to fix my issues with newly acquired parts. I was given high-quality electric space heaters for my home to last the night. The following day Brent again arrived on time and started the repair. My home unfortunately has some quirks, and weird issues with the boiler system. This resulted in some unplanned excessive bleeding of the system along with other things. Thankfully Brent was so knowledgeable he was able to work around everything. I was kept informed the entire time on what was being done and given proper advice on maintenance. Brent and his son are very personable and very easy to talk to.
Brent stayed until the job was done which ended up being late (past 8 pm and started about 3 pm). I believe Absolute Comfort’s work and prices are honest. I was NOT charged more than the original quote in the end. I decided to take a chance with this business because I like to support locally & I am glad I did. Extremely professional, and friendly all around. This is the place to go for your heating and cooling needs. I will be contacting Absolute Comfort in the near future to replace my air conditioner next. It’s great to have a reputable, reliable source like this in the Waterford area. Thank you
